Challenging yourself in physical ways can provide insight into how you deal with situations in your "every day" life. Rock climbing requires mindfulness, direct communication and trust. This adventure is designed to introduce these skills in a new context and provide the time and space to reflect on your life and how to transfer lessons you learn on the face of a rock to the rest of your life. It's also an opportunity to have fun, enjoy the beauty of spring in the desert and create connections with other fabulous women. 

No climbing experience is necessary and, if you have climbed before, our guides will find new challenges for you. Space is limited to ensure a fabulous experience for everyone participating.
